In this job, you are part of Project Management & Digitalization team and work in the capacity as Portfolio Management Office lead.
Our business projects and epics aim at delivering contact center solutions. Currently, most projects are managed following a waterfall methodology – however, with the ongoing Lean Agile Transformation, elements of Lean Portfolio Management are incorporated as well. The PMO team ensures that these projects and epics are executed in a consistent, transparent and professional way. Your main role as PMO lead is to maintain a strategic epic roadmap, and manage the overall portfolio as well as the transformation from a PMO to a Lean Portfolio Management Office. A key responsibility is to engage with higher leadership about the progress of the portfolio towards strategic objectives as well as facilitate sustainable portfolio resource and budget management.
Our epics are executed by cross-functional business teams as well as an Agile Release Train when it comes to software development. In your role, you are able to identify key topics and risks to the epics and ensure transparency of the portfolio status in the relevant management meetings. A methodological approach and understanding of project management is important, in order to maintain a sustainable portfolio that is aligned with the company´s strategy.

The salary range is between €4500 and €6400 gross per month for this position depending on experience.
