Vacature: Customer Service Employee

We are looking for several new colleagues to join our Customer Service Export Team. The Customer Service department ensures that as many sales opportunities (leads) as possible are converted into actual orders for Mosa wall or floor tiles.
What will you be doing as a Customer Service Employee?
- You make it manageable: you manage and analyze leads, projects, and orders and register them in the ERP/CRM system.
- You make the connection: you are the link between the customer, the sales department, and other departments within Mosa, ensuring that everyone is informed in a timely manner and orders are handled smoothly.
- You make it customer-oriented: you provide customers with all the information about products and ongoing orders.
- You make it friendly: you are always friendly and open to customers and colleagues, building trust.
- You make it right: you provide creative solutions to any problems that may arise.
- You make it at Mosa: you are a flexible, proactive, customer-oriented, and friendly colleague.
How will you make it?
- You have a bachelor's degree in a commercial field.
- You have 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role.
- You are able to build and maintain good work relationships.
- You are able to organize your own work well, are analytically strong, and market-oriented.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You are a team player with a hands-on mentality.

- Depending on your experience, you will receive a gross salary for this position of at least € 3,152 and up to € 4,075 per month.
